On December 10, 2025—World Human Rights Day—human rights events were held in Berlin, Germany, and Paris, France. Human rights organizations and civil society groups gathered to protest the Chinese Communist Party’s long-standing human rights abuses, suppression of religious belief, and extension of its repression beyond China’s borders. Different locations, the same demand: human rights must not be stripped away, and freedom must not be suppressed.
