From November 16 to 25, 2024, the World March for Peace and Nonviolence was held consecutively in 21 cities across Italy. On November 22 and 24, the march took place at Capitoline Plaza (Piazza del Campidoglio) and the renowned venue Other Economy Square (Città dell’Altra Economia) in Rome. On November 23, the march was held at Santissima Annunziata Square (Piazza della Santissima Annunziata) in Florence. Dozens of groups and hundreds of people took part in the events. Participants expressed their longing for and efforts toward world peace through music, dance, recitation, speeches, and other performances.
